To clear extra rush of the passengers during festive season, it has been decided to run Special trains as per following schedule:

06081/06082 Thiruvananthapuram-Santragachi-Thiruvananthapuram Special:

06081 Thiruvananthapuram-Santragachi Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram on every Friday from 05.09.2025 to 17.10.2025 at 16:20 hrs and will reach Santragachi at 14:15 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 06082 Santragachi-Thiruvananthapuram Special will leave Santragachi on every Monday from 08.09.2025 to 20.10.2025 at 14:20 hrs and will arrive Thiruvananthapuram at 09:55 hrs, the third day.The Special train will have stoppages at Kharagpur and Baleshwar in SER jurisdiction.

02841/02842 Shalimar-MGR Chennai-Shalimar Special:

02841 Shalimar-MGR Chennai Special will leave Shalimar on every Monday from 22.09.2025 to 24.11.2025 at 18:30 hrs and will reach MGR Chennai at 23:30 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 02842 MGR Chennai-Shalimar Special will leave MGR Chennai on every Wednesday from 24.09.2025 to 26.11.2025 at 04:30 hrs and will arrive Shalimar at 11:20 hrs, the next day.

The Special train will have stoppages at Santragachi, Kharagpur and Baleshwar in SER jurisdiction.

09619/09620 Ajmer-Ranchi-Ajmer Special:

09619 Ajmer-Ranchi Special will leave Ajmer on every Friday from 26.09.2025 to 28.11.2025 at 23:05 hrs and will reach Ranchi at 07:30 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 09620 Ranchi-Ajmer Special will leave Ranchi on every Sunday from 28.09.2025 to 30.11.2025 at 09:15 hrs and will arrive Ajmer at 18:35 hrs, the next day.The Special train will stop at Lohardaga in SER jurisdiction.

RUNNING OF RANCHI-ANAND VIHAR-RANCHI

To clear extra rush of the passengers during Diwali/Chhath Puja, it has been decided to run 02877/02878 Ranchi-Anand Vihar-Ranchi Special trains as per the following schedule:

02877 Ranchi-Anand Vihar Special will leave Ranchi on every Friday from 17.10.2025 to 31.10.2025 at 23:55 hrs and will reach Anand Vihar at 03:00 hrs, the third day. In the return direction, 02878 Anand Vihar-Ranchi Special will leave Anand Vihar on every Sunday from 19.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 at 04:00 hrs and will reach Ranchi at 05:00 hrs, the next day. The Special train will stop at Muri in South Eastern Railway jurisdiction.

RUNNING OF RANCHI-GORAKHPUR-RANCHI

To clear extra rush of the passengers during Diwali/Chhath, it has been decided to run 08629/08630 Ranchi-Gorakhpur-Ranchi Special trains as per the following schedule:     08629 Ranchi-Gorakhpur Special will leave Ranchi on every Saturday from 18.10.2025 to 01.11.2025 at 16:50 hrs and will reach Gorakhpur at 11:30 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08630 Gorakhpur-Ranchi will leave Gorakhpur on every Sunday from 19.10.2025 to 02.11.2025 at 15:30 hrs and will reach Ranchi at 09:30 hrs, the next day.The Special train will have stoppages at Muri and Bokaro Steel City in South Eastern Railway jurisdiction.
