The two-day Jaycee Premier League (JCPL) 4.0, organized by JCI Jamshedpur Royals, was inaugurated on Saturday at the Tube Makers Club amid great enthusiasm and sporting spirit. The tournament was formally inaugurated by Jamshedpur East MLA Purnima Sahu, who appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of sports in promoting unity, discipline, and teamwork among youth and professionals.

Addressing players, organizers, and spectators, MLA Purnima Sahu said that JCI Jamshedpur Royals has been consistently promoting sports culture in the city, which is highly commendable. She noted that tournaments like the Jaycee Premier League play a crucial role in developing leadership qualities, coordination, and team spirit. Emphasizing sportsmanship, she said that participation, learning, and mutual harmony are far more important than winning or losing.

Thrilling Matches Mark Opening Day
The opening day of JCPL 4.0 witnessed several exciting and competitive matches between teams representing prominent institutions and organizations of the city.
In the first match, Marwari Yuva Manch (MYM) delivered a strong performance to defeat the Jamshedpur Dental Association.
The second match was played between DBMS Alumni and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, where DBMS Alumni emerged victorious with an impressive display.
In the third encounter, Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry registered a convincing win against the Builders Association.
The fourth match saw the host team JCI Jamshedpur Royals defeating Young Indians, winning the hearts of the local spectators.
In the fifth match of the day, Loyola Alumni overcame CICASA Jamshedpur, adding more excitement to the league.
Strong Organizational Support Behind the League
JCPL 4.0 is being organized under the leadership of JC Vivek Agarwal, President, JCI Jamshedpur Royals, with active support from JC Utsav Mittal (Secretary), JC Vishal Agarwal (Treasurer), and Tarkishore Agarwal, along with other members of the organization. Their collective efforts ensured the smooth conduct of matches and arrangements on the opening day.

Keeping pace with modern technology, JCPL 4.0 is being live-streamed on YouTube, allowing cricket enthusiasts from distant locations to enjoy the matches. This initiative has significantly expanded the reach of the tournament beyond the stadium.
