Tata Steel Utilities & Infrastructure Services Limited has been conferred with two Excellence Awards at the 39th National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC) 2025, held at Greater Noida from 19–22 December 2025.
The four-day convention, organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), brought together industry leaders and participants from across the country to showcase innovative ideas, models, and solutions for quality improvement and operational excellence. The event was themed “ Quality Concepts for AtmaNirbhar Viksit Bharat.”
Representing Tata Steel UISL, Team Aila from Water & Wastewater Services and Team Rankini from Power Services & Utility Billing Division were recognized for their impactful quality initiatives. Team Aila optimized the pumping system to ensure uninterrupted water supply to clarified water customers, while Team Rankini streamlined the utility billing process to achieve 100% timely doorstep delivery. Both initiatives enhanced operational efficiency, reliability and customer satisfaction.
The awards reflect Tata Steel UISL’s sustained focus on innovation, operational excellence and its commitment to delivering efficient, customer-centric and sustainable utility services.
