Jamshedpur,: To strengthen data protection, Tata Main Hospital (TMH) has announced the rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on the TMH Vishwas V2 App, effective September 1, 2025. MFA is a two-step security feature that verifies user identity through, login credentials and, a one-time password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number. This initiative will enhance security for all TMH Vishwas V2 App users who log in with user ID and password, safeguarding sensitive medical data.

All users are advised to ensure their latest mobile number, email ID and residential address are updated on the TMH Vishwas V2 App before September 1, 2025. Users can refer to the User Manual on the app landing page and follow the steps under the “Mobile, Email ID and Residential Address update” SOP.
