A Practical Masterclass in Democracy
Before the sashes were donned, the student body underwent a rigorous, school-wide election process designed to mirror a true democratic exercise. The administration utilized the elections as a live civics lesson, educating students on the sanctity of voting rights, the mechanics of a ballot, and the duties of an informed electorate. By actively participating, the students learned the fundamental truth of a democracy: that every single vote carries the weight to influence institutional change.
The Grand Procession and Oath of Office
The ceremony commenced with a synchronized, majestic march past by the newly elected members, walking to the rhythmic beats of the school band. This was followed by the core swearing-in ritual. The young leaders took a solemn pledge to uphold the values, integrity, and discipline of the school. Official badges of honor were pinned to their lapels, and institutional house flags were handed over to the captains as a definitive transfer of leadership.
