On the occasion of Friendship Day (3rd August), Praveen Singh Smriti Seva Sanstha will organize the 5th Mega Blood Donation Camp in memory of Late Praveen Singh. Like every year, the event will be held at Bhagwati Enclave Community Hall in Adityapur under the guidance of former Ichagarh MLA Arvind Singh.

A Tribute to a Life of Service
During a press conference held at his Adityapur residence, Arvind Singh shared that the camp is a tribute to his late younger brother Praveen Singh, who was known for his dedication to social service and his commitment to helping the underprivileged.
Blood Will Be Provided Free to the Needy
Arvind Singh stated that the blood collected during the camp will be provided free of cost to patients in need. He appealed to the public to come forward and donate blood as a meaningful contribution to society on Friendship Day.

Lucky Draw to Encourage Donors
This year, the camp will include a Special Lucky Draw Scheme. Twenty donors (10 in the morning session from 10 AM to 1 PM and 10 in the afternoon session until the conclusion) will be selected and rewarded through a lucky draw. The prizes include helmets to promote road safety awareness.

Honouring Community Heroes
In addition to blood donors, the event will also honour nurses, senior citizens, and notable social workers for their service to the community.

Leaders and Citizens to Participate
The blood donation camp will see the participation of political leaders, social workers, and intellectuals from across the region. Preparations are in full swing to ensure the camp’s success.
During the press conference, key organizers Shankar Singh, Basant Kumar, Laxman Sahu, Abhishek Kumar, Harhar Singh, Bhagwan Singh, Virendra Singh, and Vinayak Singh were also present.
