Jamshedpur: Tata Steel sports department conducted Senior Citizen Carrom championships under the banner of Senior Citizen Fun and Fitness league 2025- 26 today at JRD Tata Sports Complex.
The championships was also a part of the event to commemorate the 121st Birth anniversary of JRD Tata.

Mukul Vinayak Choudhari, Chief, Sports, Tata Steel was present during the championships and interacted with the participants. Hasan Imam, Firoj Khan, Neelam Kumari, Sanjay Mishra from the sports department were also present. Neelam Kumari and Dinesh Rakshit coordinated the event along with Jagannath Behera who helped in supervising the matches.
More than 20 participants participated in the championships along with 2 gentlemen who are above 83 years. In Women Category, four ladies participated.
