In a major boost to regional connectivity, the Ministry of Railways has approved a new weekly train between Godda (Jharkhand) and Daurai (Rajasthan). The newly sanctioned train will significantly improve rail links between Jharkhand, North India, and Western India, especially benefiting passengers from the Santhal Pargana region.

Train No. 19603 – Daurai to Godda Express
Departs: Every Sunday at 3:30 PM from Daurai
Arrives: Monday at 10:30 PM in Godda
Train No. 19604 – Godda to Daurai (Ajmer) Express
Departs: Every Tuesday at 5:00 AM from Godda
Arrives: Thursday at 5:20 PM in Daurai

Godda MP Dr. Nishikant Dubey took the lead in pushing for the new train service. He emphasized that this new route will act as a milestone in connecting Jharkhand’s remote districts to India’s national rail grid.
