Jamshedpur: Tata Main Hospital (TMH) Jamshedpur has taken a significant leap forward in healthcare delivery with the launch of two new initiatives: Tele-Video Consultation of Super Specialist Doctors and Digitization of Medical Record Department (MRD). These facilities aim to enhance patient care and experience at Raw Material (RM) locations.
1. Tele-Video Consultation: Revolutionizing Healthcare:
The Tele-Video Consultation service enables patients at RM locations to remotely consult with super specialist doctors from TMH Jamshedpur. This initiative promises to provide timely access to expert opinions, reduce referrals, minimize travel requirements for patients, Enhanced customer satisfaction and Cost optimization.
2. Digitization of MRD: Streamlining Healthcare Processes:
The Digitization of Medical Record Department (MRD) initiative aims to improve accessibility and management of medical records. This will lead to enhanced patient care, streamlined processes, better data management, Long-term data storage, Improved traceability and quick access
The launch ceremony was graced by Chief Guest D B Sundara Ramam, Vice President Corporate Services, who congratulated the Medical Services team for these two new initiatives. Sandeep Kumar, Vice President Raw Materials, addressed the gathering and appreciated the efforts behind these initiatives.
Dr. Vinita Singh, GM Medical Services who was conceptualized these ideas, highlighted the recent additions to RM Medical Services and also the importance of these two new initiatives.
