Launched in 2013, the tournament has grown into a recurring platform that brings together Tata Group unions from across Jamshedpur and Raw Materials locations, along with a special invitee team from Tata Steel’s Wire Division, Mumbai. Organised by the Tata Steel Sports Department, the tournament reflects Tata Steel’s continued commitment to employee well-being and to fostering health, fitness and camaraderie among union committee members and office bearers.

This year’s edition, held from December 8–10, recorded an inspiring turnout with 15 union teams and nearly 250 participants competing across three disciplines — Handball, Volleyball and Badminton. The event also recognised the contributions of 3 officials and 19 observers, who were felicitated during the closing ceremony.
