Jamshedpur: The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Jamshedpur Chartered Accountants Society (JCAS) was held at the Rusi Modi Centre for Excellence in Jamshedpur. The meeting featured a review of the activities for the year 2025-26, the presentation of annual accounts, and the declaration of the new executive committee election results.
During the meeting, outgoing Secretary CA Shiv Choudhary presented the secretarial report detailing the various programs and activities organized by the society throughout the year. The outgoing Treasurer presented the annual accounts, which were unanimously accepted by the members. Outgoing President CA Manish Moonka expressed his gratitude to all members for their cooperation, trust, and support during his tenure, appreciating the contributions of the executive committee and members in advancing JCAS activities.

Election officers CA Mahesh Agarwal and CA Dilip Golcha officially announced the election results. The newly elected office bearers are:
President: CA Sugam Saraiwala
Vice President: CA Shiv Choudhary
Secretary: CA Vineet Mehta
Treasurer: CA Mukesh Agarwal
The elected Executive Members include CA Daya Shankar, CA Bishwanath Hazra, CA Ajay Kumar Gupta, CA Anand Kumar Agarwal, CA Mahesh Kumar, CA Ravi Kumar Gupta, CA Dheeraj Kumar Prasad, CA Amit Kumar Agarwal, and CA Aditya Kumar Jajodia.

The newly elected President, CA Sugam Saraiwala, was warmly welcomed by the members with a floral bouquet. The members conveyed their best wishes and expressed confidence that under his leadership, JCAS will scale new heights, making the society’s activities more comprehensive and impactful.
The core philosophy of the new executive committee will be: “Connect, Learn, Lead, Serve.”
Under this vision, special emphasis will be placed on better connectivity among members, continuous professional knowledge enhancement, leadership opportunities for young CAs, regular dialogue with industries and institutions, adoption of technology, and the promotion of social and professional responsibilities.
The new committee appealed to all members for their active participation, suggestions, and cooperation, taking a pledge to propel JCAS forward as a strong, proactive, knowledge-centric, and member-centric organization.
