Jamshedpur,
Loyola School, Jamshedpur, organized its Nursery Orientation at the Fasy Auditorium, welcoming parents and their young children to a new academic journey. The programme focused on familiarizing parents with the school’s values and expectations while building a strong partnership. The session began with a prayer led by Rector Fr Michael Thanaraj, SJ. Principal Fr Vinod Fernandes, SJ, highlighted the crucial role of parents in ensuring children grow up happy, healthy, and safe.
Parents were also introduced to the Tarumitra Centre for Ecology, being developed as a biodiversity park in Mango. A video presentation showcased school activities, while Vice Principal Mrs Vineeta F. Ekka shared guidelines to help children adapt to school life. Teachers were introduced, and students of Std 4 & 5 presented a prayer dance and song.
The programme concluded with the National Anthem. Orientation sessions for LKG to Std 5 parents were also conducted in two batches.
