Jamshedpur: XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, successfully hosted the 24th Graduation Ceremony for Corporate and Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programmes at the Tata Auditorium on Saturday, April 18, 2026. The ceremony marked yet another milestone in XLRI’s legacy of nurturing responsible leaders and professionals committed to excellence and the greater common good.

The event was graced by Mr. Manoj Munjal, Managing Director, APAC Lead – Strategy & Consulting, Global Network, Accenture, as the Chief Guest.

The ceremony commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. (Fr.) George Sebastian, S.J., Director, XLRI, he highlighted the significance of the graduation ceremony for VIL and Corporate Programmes, appreciating the graduates’ resilience and commitment to learning. He emphasized the importance of continuous upskilling in a dynamic professional landscape and acknowledged the notable achievements and career progress of the graduating cohort.

This was followed by the introduction of the Chief Guest by Dr. (Fr.) Donald D’Silva, S.J., Dean – Administration & Finance, XLRI, who emphasized his commitment to mentoring for leveraging technology for sustainable impact and value-driven leadership.

Celebrating Academic Excellence and Achievement

A total of 377 participants graduated across various VIL and Corporate programmes, reaffirming XLRI’s commitment to accessible, high-quality executive education:

● Postgraduate Certificate in Business Analytics (PGCBA-6): 10
● Postgraduate Certificate Programme in CSR Leadership (PGCCSRL-1): 20
● Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs (EDABS-CXO-2): 28
● Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM-35): 82
● Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM-36): 93
● Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM-43): 37
● Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management (PGCBM-44): 35
Under Corporate Programmes:

● 31 participants from Batch 19 of Executive Diploma in HRM
● 41 participants from Batch 9 of PGCHRM (Accenture cohort)
were also awarded their diplomas, further strengthening XLRI’s deep engagement with industry partners.

The ceremony also honoured outstanding performers with XLRI Gold Medals for securing first rank across programmes:

The Chief Guest highlighted the resilience of the graduating cohort in balancing professional and academic commitments.
