The Deputy Commissioner of West Singhbhum Arwa Rajkamal and Deputy Development Commissioner Aditya Ranjan will inaugurate COBOT Robotics to serve patients affected by Corona virus in West 
Singhbhum district tomorrow.
The COBOT integrated 20 bed Hi-Tech isolation ward in Sadar hospital, Chaibasa and 30 bed COBOT integrated Hi-Tech isolation ward of South will be launched in Chakradharpur in West Singhbhum district on Tuesday.
The officials will also launch Hi-Tech individual isolation beds in both the hospitals. Each beds would be like a separate rooms in itself.
The Robotic equipment, to be operated by remote, was aimed to protect health workers from Corona affected person and prevent spread from patient to patient.
Besides, each Hi-Tech individual isolation bed would be like a separate room, which was intended to prevent health workers from Corona affected patients.
Designed and programmed by Ranjan, the COBOT Robotic would be first of its kind in the country, the robot would help to serve as attender to the affected persons and serve food and medicines without the intervention of human, Ranjan said.
