Teachers’ Day Celebrations at Loyola School
In honour of the invaluable role that educators play in shaping the mind and future of students, Loyola School had a special celebration for Teachers’ Day on 5th September 2024. This event served as a heartfelt tribute to the dedication, passion, and tireless efforts of its teaching staff.
A friendly basketball match between students and teachers kickstarted the celebrations a day earlier. Celebrations on Teachers’ Day featured various programs to recognize and appreciate the teachers.
The ceremonial lamp was lit and a prayer was said by the Rector, Fr.K.M.Joseph, S.J.
This was followed by a series of musical and cultural performances by students to express their gratitude and admiration for their teachers. An interactive quiz made the day all the more memorable for the teachers.
Summed up by the Principal, Fr.Vinod Fernandes, S.J., in his Vote of Thanks at the end, the entire celebration was a show of appreciation for the mentors who inspire and guide us every day
