Jamshedpur: Ethics month celebrations kicked off across all locations on July 1, 2025 in Tata Steel. The day marked the beginning of a month-long celebration to reinforce Tata Steel’s commitment to ethics and its values. The day began with taking the Ethics pledge by the senior leaders along with their employees across locations.
The theme for this year is ‘One Code, One Commitment’. This theme fosters a sense of oneness and ensures uniformity in decision-making, ethical conduct, and values across locations and business functions.
Like every year, Ethics Month will be celebrated with exciting contests and events to raise the awareness about the code of conduct and foster ethical practices in the workplace. The contests are not only opened to employees but also to employees’ children. For the employees, competitions such as Quiz, Reel Making, Hackathon and for the employee wards, drawing competition across different age categories are being organised. Additionally, to create awareness amongst stakeholder’s events like round tables, Business Associate meets, Nukkad Natak, Mass Meetings, Debate, Rangoli and training sessions are also planned.
