In a proactive step toward resolving rural citizens’ issues promptly and locally, the East Singhbhum district administration has announced the launch of “Public Grievance Redressal Day” at the block and circle level every week, as per the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Karn Satyarthi.
On the designated days, officials will be present at their respective block offices to listen to public grievances and ensure timely resolution. This initiative is expected to accelerate the grievance redressal process and reduce the need for villagers to visit the district headquarters for every issue.
The Deputy Commissioner emphasized that this effort would help build stronger communication between administration and the public, while increasing transparency and accountability in governance.
