Jamshedpur : Honouring the contributions of the doctors at Tata Main Hospital, Doctors’ Day was celebrated in a festive manner at the auditorium of Tata Main Hospital (TMH) on Saturday, July 1.
Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President (Corporate Services), Tata Steel graced the occasion as Chief Guest along with Dr Sudhir Rai, General Manager (Medical Services), Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur.
The evening kicked-off with a cake-cutting ceremony followed by a short film on the journey of doctors at TMH. This was followed by a lively on the spot quiz competition. Doctors from across all Raw Materials (RM) Division were connected throughout the session.
More than 300 doctors from Jamshedpur and RM Division were present physical and virtually through live webcast. Doctors, nurses and working staff at Tata Main Hospital also put up an exhibition showcasing art from hospital waste.
Poster and slogans were also created to amplify awareness waste management and sustainable way of living. All department at TMH showcased their creatives at a one-of-a-kind exhibition on Doctors’ Day.
All the winners of various competition were awarded by Chanakya Chaudhary, Vice President (Corporate Services), Tata Steel along with Dr Sudhir Rai, GM (Medical Services), Tata Main Hospital and Deepa Verma, Chief Human Resource Business Partner (Corporate Functions), Tata Steel. Vote of Thanks was given by Pamela Kerketta, Senior Manager HRBP (Corporate Functions), Medical Services, Tata Main Hospital.
