Bonus agreement between Tata Steel Zoological Society and it Workers Union was signed today in presence of the various official of the both the organisations for the year of 2023-24. As per the agreement 20 employees of the zoo will be benefited from the bonus. Like the previous year, bonus is calculated on the rate of 8.33% of the Basic salary + VDA. Lower ceiling of the bonus is Rs. 11000 and higher ceiling is Rs. 20000. The employee who crosses the higher limit will get additional Rs. 750.
On Behalf of the management, Captain Amitabh (Hon. Secretary), Shri Ajay Kumar Singh (HR), Dr Naim Akhtar (Dy Director), Dr M Palit (Dy Director), R Pawan Kumar (Member) signed the agreement whereas on behalf the Workers Union Shri Raghunath Pandey (President) Shri Dinesh Mahato (Vice Present), Vijay Mukhi (General Secretary) and Binod Sharma (Treasurer), Pratap Gill, Lalan Singh and Dileep Day signed.
