Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato has expressed his happiness over the completion of the lease deed for Kendadih Copper Mines. He said that for obtaining environmental clearance for Kendadih Copper Mines, he had met four times with Union Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav, and also requested Union Minister of Mines, G. Kishan Reddy. During this period, he also met with the departmental secretary to seek environmental approval so that mining operations could resume.
Gratitude Towards Union Ministers
MP Mahato expressed his gratitude to Union Ministers Bhupender Yadav and G. Kishan Reddy. He also thanked Union Mining Secretary Kanta Rao and Piyush Goyal, stating that the collective efforts are now showing positive results.
Acknowledgment of District Administration and HCL Management
He further expressed appreciation towards the district administration, especially the DC and DFO, as well as HCL management. MP Mahato also thanked all village heads, Gram Sabha committees, local panchayat representatives, and the local public, congratulating everyone involved.
Hope for New Employment and Regional Development
MP Mahato noted that villagers, Gram Sabha, and panchayat representatives had provided the necessary NOC for mining, for which they deserve congratulations. He expressed hope that production at Kendadih Mines will start soon, generating new employment opportunities and contributing to the overall development of the region.
