All India Ophthalmological Society Academic & Research Committee (AIOS, ARC) organizes the East Zone Continued Medical Education (CME) Programme
June 2nd 2019: Inauguration between 11.30 am to 12.00 at United Club
Jamshedpur June 2, 2019: Jharkhand Ophthalmological Society today organized the East Zone Continued Medical Education (CME) Programme under All India Ophthalmological Society (Academic & Research committee) on the topic “ Battling Retinal Disorder by Comprehensive Ophthalmologists’ at the United Club. This was a unique session where retinal surgeons discussed the various situations faced by Comprehensive Ophthalmologists in their day to day practice & how a better understanding & correct approach would improve the final outcome. The Programme has been designed to include most of our cross road situations.
It was attended by delegates from eastern India. Guest Speakers were from Delhi, Nagpur & Kolkata.
Dr Partha Biswas, Chaiman , AIOS –ARC, was the Chief Guest. Guest Speakers included Dr Manisha Agrawal, from Shroff Eye Hospital, Delhi, Dr Prashant Bawancule from Nagpur, Dr Krishnendu Nandi from BBEye foundation, Kolkata & Dr Santosh Mahapatra from Bhubaneshwar. About 70 delegates from eastern India attended the session and shared their experiences.
Dr Bharti Kashyap , Chairman Scientific Committee, Jharkhand Ophthalmological Society, coordinated with the local organizing committee , chaired by Dr S P Jakhanwal for success of this grand academic event. Jamshedpur branch of Ophthalmological Society is proud to organize this event at Jamshedpur.
