Delhi-NCR,: XLRI Delhi-NCR welcomed its new batch of students for the academic year 2025–27Jamshedpur News :Sporting Club Jamshedpur Run Riot as Jungle Tiger, MSC Register Important Wins with an inaugural ceremony at Xavier Hall. The event marked the beginning of an important journey for students joining the institute’s flagship Postgraduate Programme in Business Management (PGPBM).
The ceremony began with the traditional lamp lighting and prayer service, setting a thoughtful and respectful tone. Readings were shared from the Bhagavad Gita, the Bible, the Quran, and the Guru Granth Sahib, highlighting XLRI’s belief in unity, inclusiveness, and spiritual grounding.
Fr. Dr. K.S. Casimir, S.J., Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR, welcomed the students, parents, faculty, and staff, and reminded everyone that XLRI is built on the strength of its values and community. He encouraged students to embrace learning, focus on personal growth, and live a life of purpose and integrity in a rapidly changing world.

Following this, Prof. Munish Thakur, Dean, Academics, introduced the faculty members, offering students a glimpse of the academic guidance and support they will receive throughout their time at XLRI.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Fr. PT Joseph, S.J., Dean, Administration & Finance, who expressed gratitude to all those involved in organising the ceremony and warmly welcomed the students to the XLRI family.

This year, XLRI Delhi-NCR has admitted 180 students into the Business Management programme. The batch comprises 119 male and 61 female students, achieving a healthy gender balance and reflecting the institute’s ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion. The new cohort also brings with it a rich mix of academic and professional backgrounds, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative learning environment.
With this bright and promising group, XLRI Delhi-NCR continues its mission of shaping responsible leaders who combine academic excellence with ethical values and social responsibility.
