South Eastern Railways:Return of lost luggage found at Tatanagar Station on 29.01.2025

Jamshedpur.

On January 29, 2025, a passenger traveling from Tatanagar to Pune on the Azad Hind Express 12130 at Tatanagar Station accidentally left one of his luggage items on the platform upon the train’s arrival. After boarding the train he realized his mistake and immediately filed a complaint through Rail Madad.

In response, Shri Chandan Kumar (DySS/TATA) and the on-duty staff acted swiftly to search for the luggage and successfully took custody of it. The passenger was promptly informed and returned to Tatanagar Station to retrieve the bag. Upon collection, they were relieved to find the contents of the luggage intact and undamaged. The passenger expressed sincere gratitude to the railway staff for their prompt assistance and care in safeguarding the belongings.
