Jamshedpur: The police have successfully solved the shooting incident that took place on August 5 in Kitadih Gwalapatti under the Parsudih police station area. City SP Shivashish informed that three accused — Sameer Kumar Singh alias Pandu, Vivek Sah, and Sanjay Verma alias Sanju Verma — have been arrested in connection with the case.
On the evening of August 5, victim Ravi Yadav was shot and injured by a group of youths. Following the attack, an FIR was registered at Parsudih police station under case number 102/25.
What Actually Happened?
During the investigation, it came to light that Ravi Yadav and Nihal Tiwari had been involved in a physical altercation earlier. Although a compromise was reached, Nihal Tiwari allegedly decided to eliminate Ravi Yadav with the help of his associates.
On the day of the incident, Nihal Tiwari and Sameer Kumar Singh alias Pandu arrived at Kitadih Gwalapatti Nala on a scooter. There, they spotted Ravi Yadav. As soon as Ravi noticed Sameer, he stopped his vehicle and began arguing with him. Amid the heated exchange, Nihal Tiwari pulled a pistol from his bag and fired five to six rounds at Ravi Yadav. After the attack, both fled the scene on the scooter.

Recovery and Criminal Background
The police have recovered the scooter and mobile phones used during the crime. According to officials, Ravi Yadav himself has a criminal background and has been to jail several times in the past.

Hunt for Remaining Accused Continues
While three accused are now in custody, police are conducting raids to trace and arrest the remaining absconding suspects involved in the shooting. Authorities have assured that all those linked to the crime will be brought to justice.
This incident has once again highlighted the ongoing gang rivalries and the cycle of revenge attacks in certain areas of Jamshedpur, prompting police to intensify surveillance and law enforcement in the region.
