The mysterious disappearance of Kanishk Gandhi, son of well-known industrialist and ASIA (Small Industries Association) Vice President Devang Gandhi, has triggered panic and concern across Jamshedpur and nearby areas. According to family members, Kanishk left his residence around 2:00 PM, but failed to return home. Since then, there has been no trace of him.
As hours passed without any contact, anxiety gripped the family, prompting an intensive search.

Family Alerts Police
Initially, the family searched among relatives, friends, and known locations on their own. When no information surfaced, they informed the police. Taking the matter seriously, police immediately initiated an investigation and registered a missing person case.
Car Found Abandoned Near Silver Sand, Chandil
During the course of investigation, police recovered Kanishk Gandhi’s car in an abandoned condition near Silver Sand at Kandarbela under Chandil police station limits. The vehicle was found parked in a secluded area, raising serious suspicions and deepening the mystery surrounding his disappearance.
Local residents informed police after noticing the car standing unattended for a long time.

Suspicious Circumstances Raise Questions
The manner in which the car was left in an isolated location has led investigators to suspect that it may have been deliberately abandoned to mislead the police. However, no visible signs of struggle were found inside or around the vehicle, forcing investigators to examine multiple possibilities.
Forensic and CCTV Probe Underway
Police have seized the vehicle and sent it for forensic examination. Simultaneously, CCTV footage from Silver Sand and surrounding areas is being scrutinized to determine how Kanishk reached the spot and where he went afterward.
Authorities are also analyzing mobile call records, last known location data, and questioning nearby residents.
Family Fears Foul Play
With no breakthrough so far, Kanishk Gandhi’s family is deeply distressed and fears possible foul play. They have appealed to the police to intensify the investigation and locate him at the earliest.
