Jamshedpur। Sai Bhakti is not just Worship, it is the Art of Living, said Spiritual Guru and former Director General of Police of Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Chandra Bhanu Satpathy here on Tuesday.
Satpathy ji has visited Sri Sai Center situated in Circuit House area of Jamshedpur on Tuesday evening, over a decade after he had performed the “Pran Prathistha” (Consecration) of the Sai centre on 18th October, 2012.
Delivering the profound message of love, compassion and values on the occasion, he said Sai Bhakti is not just a worship but an art of living.

Satpathy, however, expressed concern that temples today are being treated like ‘Window Shopping’ for God. True devotion lies not just in visiting a temple, but in adopting good deeds and sensitivity in one’s daily life.”
In his soul-stirring address, Satpathy challenged traditional rituals, stating that
“Sai Baba is not the name of a specific ritual but the living embodiment of love and compassion while highlighting the importance of family values for the current generation.
Guruji remarked that ostentation in the name of religion is rising, saying true bhakti lies in “Service to Parents”.
“No religion is greater than serving one’s parents. Fulfilling family responsibilities with honesty is the truest form of worship”, former IPS (1972 batch) observed.
He further said it is essential to connect children with spiritual gatherings from a young age, as character is built in childhood. Parents should look at their own guidance before blaming God for a child’s waywardness.
Satpathy ji cautioned that “It is wrong to label saints only as ‘miracle workers’ while ignoring their teachings. Whether it is Sai Baba or Guru Gobind Singh, success in life comes from following the definitions of sacrifice and compassion they established”.
Meanwhile, Sri Sai Center in Circuit House Area was charged with divine spiritual energy upon the arrival of the revered spiritual leader, who had performed “Pran Prathistha of over 200 Sai temples across the country including Jamshedpur (138th).
The President of the Center and Managing Director of RSB Group S.K. Behera, extended a warm and traditional welcome to Guruji in the presence General Secretary of Sai Centre here Amaresh Sinha and reputed industrialist Vijay Mehta, along with other office bearers and honored Guruji with a ceremonial shawl.

Satpathy ji also performed special prayers and Pradakshina of Shirdi Sai Baba.
Behera stated, “Guruji’s guidance is a perennial source of energy for us. This center, established by him, is committed to setting new benchmarks in social service by following the path of love and compassion he has shown.”
Later, Satpathy ji took part in cultural programme and bhajan sandhya organized to mark the occasion.
The event featured captivating Odissi and classical dance performances, along with soul-stirring bhajans by artists from the Utkal Association.
Sinha presented a detailed Powerpoint Presentation (PPT) showcasing the social and charitable activities undertaken by the Center. Guruji highly commended the Center’s philanthropic efforts.
