Jamshedpur, Sept 16 (BJNN) On the eve of Vishwakarma Puja, a reputed residential building construction firm of Jharkhand on Tuesday announced the launching of a new residential apartment project equipped with all modern facilities and civic amenities in Hariom Nagar in industrial township of Adityapur in Seraikela-Kharswan district.
“Sunrise Point, the G+11 storey project with first two floors for parking was being developed by two-and-half-decade-old construction firm “Samay Construction Pvt Ltd” on Road No. 4, Hariom Nagar, Adityapur.
Considering the festival season, the Director of the company Anup Ranjan said a rebate of 7.5% will be given on booking 2 BHK and 3 BHK units during the upcoming Duseherra, Diwali and Chhat festival.
The G+11 storey residential apartment comprising of 144 units each of 2BHK (983 and 999 Sqft) and 3BHK units of 1345 Sqft house respectivelly was meant for all income group families, Ranjan said.
The prices of residential units are affordable and reasonable for all income group families, he said.
Total 288 unit houses of the ambitious project, which will be completed in two phases, will be handed over to customers tentatively by December 2027, he said.
Ranjan said booking for the flats is going on and the response is satisfactory.
The project will have six blocks with 50 feet gap between each block, he said claiming that the facilities being provided in the project “Sunrise Point” will be nothing less compared to big residential colonies of metropolitan cities.
The project will have a central garden of 15000 sqft size and a club house as big as 5000 sqft, besides adequate space will be provided for children and senior citizens for playing, strolling and separate Banquet hall and Yoga hall.
On security point of view, Ranjan said round-the-clock security guards, CCTV cameras, digitally connect security, power back-up, fire extinguisher, rain harvesting, sewage treatment plant, solar power street lights, Amphitheatre etc will provided and there will be no compromise as far as standard of quality is concerned.
Other Directors of the company Rajiv Sahi, Ram Prakash Pandey and renowned builder-cum-social worker R K Sinha were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the media persons, Pandey has put all canards regarding the project at rest and denied having any differences within the management.
We have some issues with the landlords but it has been too resolved amicably. The construction work is going on with full swing, he said assuring that all formalities related to RERA, Bank, Municipal Corporation are being completed.
